JB has a firm grasp on consumer product safety legislation and a pragmatic attitude towards litigation. Unlike many in his field, he weighs up the pros and cons of taking matters to trial but is not afraid of facing challenging and sometimes very technical issues.
He is receptive to advice from expert witnesses and makes sure that cases are thoroughly prepared before trial. He is one of the few, if not the only barrister I have come across that is computer literate which means that information is available to him both before and during court cases.
As a product safety consultant I advise a number of companies on trading standards and related legislation including technical aspects of product compliance, safety, labelling and testing. I always recommend JB when disputes occur.
