Top gear accused of fixing electric vehicle story

Top Gear have been accused of ‘fixing’ a story on an electric vehicle journey, so as to imply that the car ran out of power after only 30 or so miles. 

The story is about a Nissan Leaf that ran out of power and had to be pushed. Nissan say that the vehicle would have shown its capacity before the journey began and had a piece of monitoring software added, that would have reduced capacity. To read more about this story click here
